BWV has partnered with Because She Cares, a community-based collaborative that showcases poetry and spoken word performances about the lives, intersections, experiences of ACB women living with HIV through play and film. 

We will be dropping 12 films based on spoken word stories by ACB women living with HIV on our Mighty Networks community. After the release of films, we invite ACB women living with HIV to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences around watching the films.

#IAmStillMe: My HIV Story - Nozibele Qamngana

  • Description: Nozibele takes us through her journey of being diagnosed from pre-test counselling and waiting for her results to questioning, denial and depression and eventually, acceptance.
