Reflecting on a walk in the park.
This life is filled with events that are so draining. Sometimes I just want to vanish because of certain events and the pains of life. Sometimes I look in the mirror and I hate the myself.
After the thoughts of these painful moments, I had to REFLECT. I want to share this experience with you.
REFLECTION practice is a process which helped me gain the insight of life. The insights developed, and lessons learned, can be applied to maintain good practice and can also lead to developments and improvements. It’s been a journey. Different people learn in different ways and while one person may learn by reflecting on a positive outcome, another may find it most useful to focus on a situation they found challenging. It is important that reflection is done in the way that suits you best to provide the greatest benefit.
REFLECTION allows you to identify and appreciate negative and positive experiences.
I am strong because I reflect; therefore I encourage you all to undertake regular reflection as this can lead to a more confident, insightful, open and honest culture. I hope this helps someone.
